        be point-person (e.g., partner 1 from 3:30-4:15, partner 2 from 4:15-5:00)
        though you're welcome to all be on duty as much as you like

- Final deliverables (Mon, Nov 25)
    - Code
    - Suitable documentation (installation, building, running, dependencies, etc.)
    - Project description (pdf or mp4)

    - Video demo (~5min; could be part of your project description if you choose video for that)
    - Tiny website linking to all the stuff; delivered as zip or tar.gz to Mike Tie

- Oral exams

+ Practice your poster talk
- Pair up with somebody not in your team
- Open up your poster so you can point at it as needed
- Person 1: give your pitch (< 2 minutes)
- Person 2: feedback, questions, etc. (< 3 minutes)
- Switch roles and repeat
