Palindromes

Assigned Friday January 26, 2007. Due Friday February 2, 2007.

Palindromes

A palindrome is a sentence that, after removing all punctuation and spaces and treating uppercase and lowercase letters as equal, reads the same backwards as forwards. For example, A man, a plan, a canal, Panama! is a palindrome. So is No, Mel Gibson is a casino's big lemon. Just for fun, check out Palindrome List and World's Longest Palindrome for others.

Write a Java program to determine if an input sentence is a palindrome. Your program should keep asking for input sentences and reporting whether each is a palindrome until told to quit.

As usual, submit using HSP.
