CS 127 Labs

January 6, 2003

Each of these programs contains instructions for you. To get started, save a copy of the first program (arithmetic.cpp) in your account, open it in an editor of your choosing, read the instructions at the top of the source code, and follow them. Repeat for each of the files listed here.

Some of these exercises may be quite easy. The first few were designed for CS117 when it was taught in C++. But since you already know Java (or, in some cases, C++), you should pay close attention to each line of code and keep a lookout for details that are different from Java, or that you just don't understand. Ask questions and experiment, and keep a list of stuff you don't understand yet. We can discuss details during lab today, and in class Wednesday.

Have fun.
