CS 117: Binary Search

In this lab, your task is to implement binary search. I have written a file to serve as a launching pad. That file contains an implementation of sequential search, along with some code to test that sequential search method on a randomly generated array.

There are four things for you to do today (some are easier than others):

• create a directory called ps5 to hold your code for this assignment, and save ArrayUtils.java there.
• fill in your name/names at the top of ArrayUtils.java.
• fill in the body of the binary search method.
• add code to test your binary search method.
